1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing CraftKits (https://craftkits.shop) or purchasing any digital assets, Figma kits, code boilerplates, or Notion templates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our products.

2. Digital Product Delivery & Licensing

All products sold on CraftKits are intangible digital goods. Upon successful payment completion via our authorized Merchant of Record (Creem), you receive immediate digital delivery via on-screen redirect and automated email confirmation containing access links. Purchases grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license subject to the terms in our Licensing Agreement.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

• Permitted: Using templates and code in personal projects, commercial software, client deliverables, and SaaS products.
• Prohibited: Sub-licensing, redistributing, reselling, or making available raw source files or template duplicates in competing asset marketplaces or public repositories.

4. One-Time Payment & Billing

All transactions are one-time payments processed through secure 256-bit encryption. CraftKits does not charge recurring or hidden subscription fees. Pricing is displayed transparently in USD ($) and is inclusive of standard licensing rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". While we guarantee that all files are functional, free of malware, and thoroughly tested, CraftKits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
