End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope of the Standard Commercial License

Every individual kit and template purchased on CraftKits includes a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide commercial license. You are granted full rights to:

• Create unlimited commercial end-products, software applications, and websites.
• Deploy client deliverables and custom agency work without paying recurring royalties.
• Modify, adapt, refactor, and combine the source assets with other software.

2. Single vs. Multi-Seat Usage

Individual Kits ($12 - $142): Licensed to a single developer, designer, or creator and their immediate client projects.
All-Access Lifetime Bundle ($229): Extended Multi-Seat License permitted for use across internal development and agency teams up to 10 members.

3. Absolute Restrictions (Resale & Redistribution)

You may not sub-license, resell, redistribute, or package the source code, Figma layers, or Notion structures as standalone downloadable design templates or boilerplates in any marketplace, stock archive, or public GitHub repository.
